The Mardi Gras is one of Carnival’s finest ships. We loved relaxing at the Serenity Adult-Only Retreat and listening to live jazz in the French Quarter zone with craft cocktails in hand. Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse delivered an exceptional meal with great service and wine pairings. Everything from embarkation at Port Canaveral to disembarkation was smooth and well-organized. A wonderful getaway at sea that balances fun and relaxation perfectly!
