The Mardi Gras is one of Carnival’s finest ships. We loved relaxing at the Serenity Adult-Only Retreat and listening to live jazz in the French Quarter zone with craft cocktails in hand. Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse delivered an exceptional meal with great service and wine pairings. Everything from embarkation at Port Canaveral to disembarkation was smooth and well-organized. A wonderful getaway at sea that balances fun and relaxation perfectly!
Our family had an amazing time on the Carnival Mardi Gras! The ship is huge, clean, and very modern. There are so many fun things to do, like the water slides and the roller coaster. The food was tasty, especially the quick spots like Shaq's Big Chicken. All of the staff members were very friendly, hard-working, and patient with our children. We would definitely recommend this ship for a fun family vacation!

Amazing amazing service as always. I’ve been a client for over five years and she never disappoints. Work is always clean and she never always finds a way to give you exactly what you want. She prides herself on her craft so she’d NEVER let you leave her chair until she’s satisfied that her work is up to her high standard. Her location is also ideal whether I’m driving myself or traveling as she’s walking distance from major traffic ways.
Incredible lounge. Overall the staff was incredible, and Jonathan was extremely attentive and helped us out immensely (made a great dessert recommendation as well!)
