Gaetano and wife Grace’s inspiration and passion for cooking led them to a winning recipe. Introducing “Pasta Day and Chicken Day” to the restaurant business is just a couple of Gaetano’s innovative ideas.
With little knowledge of how to run a full scale restaurant, but lots of intuition to make a great dinning room experience. Gaetano’s brother, Chef Anthony and Gaetano’s son Giuseppe set out to offer an experience thier patrons would not forget. Inventive menu selection all made fresh with quality ingredients and served in a cozy casual setting.
